The name reflects its purpose – to please and create a pleasant experience for all. As a pioneering establishment redefining Hong Kong’s dining scene, Plaisance invites you to embark on an immersive journey into the enchanting world of the ocean.

Drawing inspiration from the acclaimed 3 Michelin starred restaurant, Mirazur in Menton, helmed by Chef Mauro Colagreco. With a deep passion for the marine universe and its captivating biodiversity, Chef Mauro infuses his expertise into every aspect of Plaisance. From the interior concept to the menu, the fascinating and soothing marine ambiance takes centre stage, transporting you to a realm of culinary excellence and artistic expression at the heart of Central.
